The Firm Moonvalley Capital, is an Investment Banking firm specialized in Financial Advisory, is looking for a full time (4-6 months) Investment Banking Intern, to become part of this core business area of the firm.

Reporting
The intern reports directly to an Associate and becomes part of a high-level team where she/he will complement and work together with the Investment Banking team, in the search of new opportunities and the involvement of existing ones as well as on existing routines.

Job Objective
Be part of most of the stages of M&A and strategic advice process. Direct relationship with clients and other key members of the advisory teams that are typically formed for M&A processes.

Specific Tasks
• Analysis of market research/business opportunities, and companies´ profiles.
• Valuation of companies/businesses.
• Preparation and coordination of due diligence processes.
• Participate in the analysis of new opportunities for Investment Banking.
• Detection of improvement opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Expand business opportunities and the contact network.
• Participate in periodic routines of the Team

Requirements
Very interested and passionate in Investment Banking and with a strong vocation of analytical capacity, business relationships, and with a strong drive.

The professional must be autonomous, responsible, persistent, dynamic, proactive, and with excellent interpersonal skills as well as a high capacity of analysis.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Advanced level of English (oral and written) is a must.
