Descripción del puesto

Join the OECD Internship Programme and gain invaluable international experience by contributing to projects that directly support the Organisation’s strategic priorities and corporate functions. This programme is designed for highly motivated and qualified students eager to enhance their analytical and technical skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

As an intern, you will collaborate closely with Policy Analysts and experts across a broad range of fields such as Agriculture and Fisheries, Artificial Intelligence, Competition, Corporate Governance, Development, Digitalisation, Environment, Finance, Gender and Diversity, Health, Public Governance, Science and Technology, Tax, Trade, and many more. Opportunities also exist in key corporate areas including Communications, Event Management, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Legal Services, and Translation.

Your role will involve conducting research, analysing data, preparing reports and technical documents, supporting event organisation, and engaging with a diverse network of international stakeholders, including government officials, researchers, and representatives from member countries. This hands-on experience will not only deepen your understanding of global policy challenges but also help you develop essential professional competencies like project management, communication, and teamwork.

Candidates should be full-time students enrolled in degrees relevant to OECD’s work, possessing strong quantitative and computer skills, and fluent in either English or French, with a willingness to improve their second official language. Previous international experience and a proactive attitude towards independent research will be highly valued.

By joining OECD, you become part of an organisation committed to shaping policies that build prosperity, equality, and well-being worldwide. You will contribute to meaningful work that addresses key global challenges, including economic development, climate change, education, and social equity, while benefiting from a supportive environment fostering professional growth and cultural exchange.

Take this opportunity to launch your career with an internship that offers real impact, a unique learning experience, and the chance to collaborate with diverse experts driving international cooperation for better lives.
