The intern reports directly to the Associate and becomes part of a high-level team where he will complement and work together with the Corporate Finance team, in the search of new opportunities and the involvement of existing ones. Be part of most of the stages of M&A and strategic advice process. Direct relationship with clients and other key members of the advisory teams that are typically formed for M&A processes.
