Job Description:
Moonvalley Capital, is seeking for an Investment Banking Associate to join the team. Moonvalley
Capital is an investment bank focused and engaged in high-profile M&A and strategic advisory
transactions across different stages. The engagements are in a variety of industries such as: Energy,
Infrastructure, Consumer, Industrials, among others. Some of the engagements involve several
countries in Latin America, where we are acting on behalf of high-profile multinational or regional
clients.

Key Responsibilities:
The Associate will work closely with the Partners and senior executives while collaborating with the
Investment Banking Team to support both ongoing and new opportunities and leading the Analyst
team. You will be involved in all stages of M&A, debt restructuring, and other advisory assignments,
participating directly with client interactions.

Associate role will include:
 Analysis of market research/business opportunities
 Valuation of companies/businesses
 Preparation of marketing materials
 Preparation and coordination of due diligence processes
 Analysis and search of new opportunities
 Financial Modelling
 Expand business opportunities and contact network
 Relationship with other advisory firms worldwide
 Direct relationship with Clients and key stakeholders

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s in business and administration, Economics or Civil Engineering
 3 to 5 years of experience (Ideally with at least one year of work experience in corporate
finance)
 Passionate for Investment Banking and with strong analytical capacity, teamwork, business
relationship skills and with a strong drive
 Proven knowledge and experience in financial modelling
 Highly autonomous, responsible, persistent, dynamic, proactive and with excellent
interpersonal skills. Someone that likes to work outside of its comfort zone with an
entrepreneur spirit
 Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
 Advanced level of English (oral and written) is a must.
