Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Investment Analyst to join our team in Santiago, Chile. Analysts are key contributors throughout the investment lifecycle—from sourcing and acquisition to asset management and exit. You’ll support both the investment and operating teams in evaluating and managing a diverse, impact-driven portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain robust financial models for evaluating investments
• Support asset managers in tracking performance and optimizing returns
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and investor reporting
• Analyze markets, industries, and emerging investment opportunities
• Support creation and validation of new investment theses
• Contribute to sustainability and impact monetization strategies

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field, with a strong academic background
• 0–2 years of experience; work in investment banking or M&A is a plus
• Advanced financial analysis and accounting skills
• Attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Familiarity with agriculture, renewable energy, or water resources is a plus
• Experience with financial modeling tools or statistical software is beneficial
